Mr.Lin, Xuchu Chairman

Mr.Lin is the Chairman of CICC-Qianhai. He has years of experience in management of more than 100 billion governmental assets, and has worked in top investment banks for many years prior to that. Before he joined CICC-Qianhai, he was the Chairman of Guangzhou Chengtou Investment Co., Ltd. and the GM of Guangzhou Industrial Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. He has held management positions in HSBC Investment Bank, Oaktree Capital, Xinao Capital and Onegate Capital.Mr. Lin was awarded “CLPA 10th Anniversary Special Contribution Award - 30 People in 10 Years' at EAIMC Forum Summer Summit 2018, 'China Entrepreneurial Investors TOP20' at CVCRI 2017 - Golden Investment Prize, 2016 Annual 'Outstanding Innovative Figures in China Private Equity Investment” and “Outstanding Young Investors in China Equity Investment Industry”by Asset Management Association of China, etc.Mr. Lin holds a dual bachelor's degrees in International Politics and Economics from Peking University, and a master's degree in Political Science from Columbia University.

Mr. Wang, Haipeng General Manager, CFA

Mr. Wang is the GM of CICC-Qianhai, on behalf of China International Capital Corporation （'CICC') , the controlling shareholder. Before he joined CICC, he worked at alternative asset investment and private equity investment departments of China Investment Corporation from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, he worked at Ruisheng Investment Corporation from 2002 to 2007. Mr. Wang received his bachelor and master degrees in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Mr. Hu, Qihao Managing Director

Mr. Hu was formerly VP of Everbright Financial Holding, where he set up an industry fund with Henan government. Prior to that, Mr. Hu was VP of Investment and Risk Control Department in China Development Bank Capital, where he participated in large PE projects. Prior to that, Mr. Hu worked in Schneider Electric, assisting it in merging the leading domestic high-voltage inverter manufacturers and building the EMC team. Mr. Hu received his bachelor’s and master’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua university.

Ms. Jiang, Shanjuan Managing Director

Ms. Jiang joined CICC-Qianhai in Nov. 2015. From 2008 to 2015, she was responsible for global fund-raising and investment in CalPERS and CalSTRS private equity groups, the largest public pension funds in U.S. with total assets of around 500 billion dollars. Prior to that, she worked at GE, responsible for R&D of MEMS pressure and acceleration sensor from 2002 to 2008. Ms. Jiang got a PH.D in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA, and an MBA from UC Davis. She has a bachelor of science degree in Engineering Physics from Tsinghua University.

Ms. Chen, Fang Managing Director

Ms. Chen joined CICC-Qianhai in 2018, in charge of cross-border investment and fund-raising. Ms. Chen is a member of China Financial Youth Federation. From 2011 to 2017, she worked in the head office of CMB as director of the Pension Investment Committee, and was also Vice President of Pension Branch of China Banking Association(CBA) and Insurance Society of China. Ms. Chen was awarded as Leading Figure of Pension Funding Industry by CBA for three years. Prior to that, she was the GM of New Zealand Trust Investment Co. Ltd and Waner Investments. Ms. Chen got degrees of EMBA from Tsinghua PBCSF and University of Otago.
